Fraport has sealed a lease with Kuehne+Nagel for a new air cargo warehouse in CargoCity South that will deliver 7,600 m² of warehouse space plus 1,100 m² of offices and social areas, include 16 gates and truck docks, sit on a 16,900 m² plot in Air Cargo Area 2 adjacent to access gate Tor 31, and is scheduled for completion by 2028.
